Tampa Bay Housing & Community Partnership, Inc.  (TBHCP) is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit organization was founded to assist those in need and to improve the community by working and partnering with other community stake holders in the Tampa bay Area.  

TBHCP's mission is improve the quality of life for low to moderate income individuals and families by developing strategies to reduce community blight through neighborhood stabilization and positive economic impact.  Our goal is to increase neighborhood stabilization by providing sustainable, affordable, energy efficient housing, increase jobs, and promote community activities that improve the health, wealth and safety for children, individuals and families  in the Tampa Bay area.

Our mission envisions community partnerships with local government, donors, business partners, residents, volunteers, stakeholders, and others that share our vision of change in the community by working together to identify opportunities to provide:

Affordable Housing

·        Development; building service-enriched, green projects for the health of our residents and the environment

·        Eliminate blighted conditions with new sustainable construction

Revitalize Neighborhoods

·        Provide Improvements to Parks & Recreation Facilities

Promote Education & Healthy Lifestyles

·        Partnerships with individuals, groups, and organizations in our community to provide outreach to those in need
