Brian Lamb, President

Mr. Lamb is the Chief Executive Officer of the Meritus Corporation. The firms service lines include CAMS, DMS and Sunstone consisting of over 50 professionals who provide financial and management services within both the private and public sectors to over 100 planned communities and associations. His experience with municipalities, special taxing authorities, land development, real estate, sustainable home building and homeowner and condominium associations provides a large bandwidth of understanding regarding community needs and logistics to resolve challenges.  

Mr. Lamb has spent over twenty years in banking, management and finance fields. Additionally, he frequently provides expert testimony on special assessment benefit methodologies and consults on a national basis.  The leadership of his companies and team of industry professionals are proven with their involvement and service provision for financial and management services to many special taxing districts and communities. These include assisting in public financing, assessment methodologies, assessment roll administration, construction management, association/condo management and operations.

Joseph Gibbons, Secretary and Treasurer

Joe has over 20 years of real estate development and investment experience which includes the acquisition, development, management and disposition of land, office buildings, commercial, residential and multifamily properties.  He attended the University of Michigan-Flint and the CamTech School of Construction.

Currently Joe is the President of Sunstone Construction Group, Inc and is responsible for all facets of the company's operations.  Previously he held management positions with Renaissance Housing Group, Miles Development Partners and Waterford Construction & Development.

Joe has also served as a real estate broker for over 20 years and currently is the Broker/Manager with Sunstone Realty, LLC. Duties research, review and analyze potential real estate acquisitions. Negotiate terms of Purchase, Sale and Management Agreements. Perform all due diligence and financial analysis for proposed acquisitions, developments and the overall day-to-day operations of the firm.
